Our ministry leadership team is led by Joe & Pam Frejosky, who are supported by a group of some of the most gifted, creative, fun and hard-working people. We may be biased, but we think we have the very best team of servant leaders in our church that serve and minister week in and week out! Joe and his wife Pam have been in ministry for over 20 years and both love serving the local church. Joe is a creative communicator and passionate teacher. He completed his undergraduate studies at Liberty University and holds M.Min., M.A.B.S. and M.Div. degrees from Temple Baptist Seminary. Joe and Pam enjoy traveling, spending time together and being with people! Their son Joseph is married and serving in full-time ministry with his wife Brianna in North Georgia.

Patrick is the pastor of our Latino Ministry. They have been married for 34 years and have three adult children. Born in Quito, Ecuador, their primary focus is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the Hispanics in the United States. In addition to serving at Charlotte Road, Patrick and Vicky are the Family Life Latino (Cru – Ministry) representatives for Tennessee. Patrick holds a master’s degree in Christian Education from Northern Baptist Seminary and a Doctorate degree, from Midwestern Seminary. Vicky holds a master’s degree in Christian Counseling from Northern Baptist Seminary in Chicago.

Jack and Tish Stone serve our seniors and (JOY) Just Older Youth! Jack has served in pastoral ministry for over fifty years throughout the Nashville area. They love to spend time with family and friends and serve together in any capacity God calls them to! Jack and Tish bring life and fun to anything they are a part of!

Jason, a former student in CRBC’s student ministry, is now its’ leader along-side his wife Jessica. In addition to working in the student ministry, Jason also serves as a deacon in our church. Jason and Jessica share a passion for seeing students come to know Christ and develop a growing relationship with Him. Jason and Jessica are the proud parents of their daughter Andi and can’t wait to see what God has in store for their family.

Jack leads our worship ministry at CRBC and loves leading our church family in song. Jack is a deacon at Charlotte Road and he and his wife Beth lead a small group. Jack works in the medical field and Beth is a teacher at Kingston Springs Elementary. Jack and Beth love to travel and take trips overseas frequently. They have one daughter who lives in Virginia.

Matt and Katie McDearmon lead the church family in our outreach initiatives. With a mission to meet needs locally and globally, Matt and Katie desire to see the body of Christ fulfilling God’s command in Acts 1:8 to “go” into all the world on behalf of our Lord and Savior. in the name of Jesus. Matt and Katie live in the Fairview community and have two children Ethan and Julianna.
